reasons why I feel i can't tell my doctor
1 I'm in the military
2 I have a particular job that if I go through treatments it will disqualify me from my job( I'm not even allowed to self medicate for a cold)
3 I know all the military people that handle my records
The only thing I can think of doing is waiting til I get out of the military (3 years to go). It's really affecting my life because I'm an asshole and I'm miserable I have no friends because I'm just not a happy person I feel I'm doomed to be alone. I've had sex only a few times in my life (if you can even call it sex) sex isn't fun for me even though my mind really wants it really bad. sex is a 4 hour battle, a battle to maintain in which I usually lose. I've had sex 10 times or so (I'm 23 so I'm behind the power curve) I have only climaxed once... only one bloody time fml. Sex is such a chore that I don't even want to meet women.
My impotence is like the first domino.
The domino's Impotence, no sex, misery, no women, misery, no friends, misery, no ambition, nothing makes me happy, misery, suicidal thoughts.
I mean what's the point of life if nothing makes me happy if I'm going to be alone if I'm going to be miserable for 40 more years maybe 50.
Some one help please preferably some one who knows what military flight med is and what being dnif means
But every and all help is taken gratefully
Thank you all in advance.
Dude. Telling us about your sex life isnt gonna help us answer your question... about an eating disorder?
What do i do i strongly believe i have ED and i dont think i can tell my doctor?

This is the physics behind it that you cannot overcome with a better engine. A weaker engine at high speeds can make it even worse but there is no getting around the power curve.
Many phenomena where you zero in on perfection in steps that are bigger when you're badder and smaller when you're better produce a "Power Law of Practice." (Actually, I think the real curve is more exponential than power, and that the apparent "power" shape is a composite of exponentials, but that's technical detail. I'll call it a "power curve".)
the beemer most likely has more hp under the fat power curve
Well, how do you explain the power curve in regular Forgotten Realms-type D&D? A Level 20 player-character is pretty much superhuman in comparison with a Commoner even though they're both just regular humans. Doesn't make sense in either setting, but you can just chalk it up to innate ability and experience. Also, there's no reason that a modern campaign can't have magic. Want magic? The DM just has to say, "Magic has returned to the world."
I know someone who is manic. He had been treated for depression for many years. Nothing seemed to work for him. He stopped taking his meds and started to self medicate. A few months back he tried to kill himself. He almost succeeded. Now he is on a new regime and it seems to be working. You need to find any way that you can to get your brother to see a doctor. It's a sign of strength to ask for help not a sign of weakness. Good luck.
I'm guessing you're Italian, which means you might be a little behind the Jewish power curve. What we have in 1 Peter 3 is a description of "Sheol"... and perhaps the language in the Creed would be clearer or better if we said "Sheol" - but Greek doesn't make that distinction.
Yeah that's the way to go for smoking. My problem is I really enjoy the act and prefer to draw it out over an extended period of time. I really like my Surfer because I can set the Temp on it and turn it up enough so I have something to exhale. Makes me feel better about the act. I also self medicate for depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts, so I definitely feel ya on that. I average around .75-1g per day. Used to be around 1.5-2g before I got the vapes.
Perhaps the doctor is also not aware the many people in fact do routine work on their car themselves, like changing the oil, as opposed to going to Jiffy Lube, in order to save money. Perhaps the doctor envisions a time when patients also learn to self medicate in order to save money.
You don't have to answer this, it's none of my business, but do you try to self medicate? My son does and sometimes it works, and sometimes it dosen't.What do you think would help you, when you get feeling off? Does it help having someone to talk to? Or do you feel it better to deal with it yourself ?
Add a standalone ECU. Cam Pulley doesn’t increase power. Just adjust the power curve band. Cam Shaft alone can’t add 30HP.
Still ain't seen a movie in 3d! I'm behind the power curve
Word of warning. I smoked weed for 10 years to self medicate. After a while (much less than 10 years mind you) it makes your much worse off in terms of nerves than when you started. So you're even more nervous, so you smoke more, more nervous smoke more. You eventually adjust to this state of mind that you're always anxious, and it's very, very hard to shake that self-fulfilling prophecy: I'm nervous about being nervous.
That's exactly it. Stand and Shoot is less of an issue in Fantasy where only the first ranks can fire, and most shooting weapons are effectively lasguns. There's a much greater variety to infantry-based shooting in 40K, and weapons like Plasma Guns really break the power curve. Unit sizes also tend to be much higher, especially in 8th ed fantasy, and losing a few models to shooting is less likely to dramatically swing the combat.
