All of the conditions you mention are potential complications after a prostatectomy, usually more often with a radical prostatectomy. like all abdomenal operations and those involving the lower abdomen, there are risks. given the diseases which would necessitate such a surgery though, and the fact that none of the complication you mention are fatal or unmanageable, it wouldn't be justification to refuse treatment. Sterility isn't usually a major concern for men in the risk group, urinary incontinence and impotence are usually treatable. and fecal incontinence is very, very rare. As to answering on a higher level, it would be easier to accomplish if your question were worded a little more exactly. Then perhaps the answers would be more useful to you.
